Packing and getting ready

In less than two days we are off on an adventure.  It seems hard to believe that this trip is finally happening.  We have spent the summer ending long time careers, celebrating new beginnings and enjoying old and new friends.  It has been an incredibly busy but blessed time.  

I have been packed for days...Steve has not started.  We have some travel days planned and a general idea of where we are headed.  We look forward to sharing our travels with you as we visit new places and taste great food.  Our plan is to travel Highway 2 from Everett, WA to Bar Harbor, Maine...then travel down the East Coast to Florida and back across the country...hitching up to Route 66 along the way. I'm going to try and write and post pictures at least every other day...please pray for us as we travel along.
